Once again, there was a server merge and the ninja exam difficulty lowered amount is incorrect. This was an issue that occurred during previous server merges, was never fully fixed, and is still persisting after the most recent merge.

I am starting to wonder if this is an issue that is happening to all merged servers and if so, it would mean it has not been fixed ever since server merge was created. Please fix this issue as it is vital to the ninja exam feature. Server merged should happen after this issue has been fixed, or else it would mean that we the players are given faulty game features on purpose.
