This was an issue that occurred during previous server merges, was never fully fixed, and is still persisting after the most recent merge. I am starting to wonder if this is an issue that is happening to all merged servers and if so, it would mean it has not been fixed ever since server merge was created. Please fix this issue as it is vital to the ninja exam feature. Server merged should happen after this issue has been fixed, or else it would mean that we the players are given faulty game features on purpose. Reply

I have raised this issue again with the devs. I will let you know when I get word back.
I assure you, however, that the bug is not a faulty issue given out on purpose. It is definitely a bug and not intentional. Not all servers suffer from this problem, and we are uncertain why some do and some do not.

So far I've been told that it's being looked in to, but the devs generally have a lot on their plate, and this really isn't a high priority item, so, unfortunately, it might have a long turnaround time. Please feel free to DM me or post again to ask for updates on the issue.
