the same thing happens to me are u using a gift card like a visa for me that doesn't work and I don't know what to do about it

Generally most credit cards will reject foreign transactions by default. You usually have to contact your bank or go to their site and change the settings for it. The easier way to do it is to just use Paypal, as you can pay with your credit card through them and skip the above step.

Most gift cards cannot be used for for foreign transactions. Check the terms and conditions of the card you are using. Try to use one of the electronic wallet options and use your gift card through them instead. You may be able to bypass the restriction.
