The only things I can think of is that someone else recharged on your account then disputed the charge. But if no one has ever logged into your account other than you, then that's probably not it. The other might be that your bank is reversing the charge, some banks are very aggressive in protecting people and will assume that too many payments means your account was compromised so they automatically reverse the charges, thinking that it was due to identity theft. You'll have to wait for CS to respond to find out for sure though. But you should contact your bank about the payments as well just to rule out that possibility in the mean time. And you should change your password and security info just in case your account is compromised.
