Is there something wrong with support? I'm asking, because I sent a ticket in sunday evening and it's still pending without an answer. Way more than promised 24 hours has been passed. Easy to tell why I'm worried.
I'm giving a little update to my situation. Sorry if this soundslike a rant, but you should understan why I feel like this if you read this.
Support found out how my situation can be fixed. It should have taken less than a minute for me do do it after fiding out how. If I would have been allowed to do it. Because before I got an answer about what was meeded to be done, somebody else in support tried to "fix" thing according to amost 2-weeks old info, that now prevents me from doing said easy fix. I have now told about so-called fix someone in support did and how it prevents me from doing fix according to latest info. Now again waiting for answer. This was so close of being over...
At least support has to work more with this matter too, since they were the ones who made this even more complicated. It's like people don't talk to each other, when fixing the same account.
