Team:
Round 1: Wait for some standard attacks and use both Kushina and Chiriku mysteries aiming at the middle team
Round 2: Kushina mystery on Minato, Lightning Main mystery on Madara, Madara msytery on Madara
Round 3 and beyond: try to finish off everyone, use lightning main and madara's mystery every time they revive
2nd wave:
Round 1: Wait for *y naruto mystery and then use Kushina and Chiriku on *y naruto (if he dies after Kushina mystery then aim for the Fu (seven tails))
Note: use Chiriku only after Han mystery because you want to have the dodge buff to deal that good extra damage
Round 2: all mysteries on Fu seven tails team
Round 3 and beyond: clear the middle team and continue killing all

Same same, different.
I tried to use Madara Founder so many attempts, I couldn't get through it. Madara GNW made it much easier with shield (super armor), chase dodges. Done it with 2 attempts.
I had to use Blood Thirsty instead to make Wave 1, Round 1 to work.
Note:
**Wave 1, Round 4, Use Kushina to bait Kimimaro's skill if he didn't die earlier rounds**
