How long has your server been open? You're already asking for a position 1 ninja for free(or extremely close to)? Wow, there is a clear difference between those who PLAY the game and those who want to WIN. If you want to WIN that badly and not PLAY the game, just spend real money. If that isn't an option, try PLAYING the game like the rest of us.

Ha ha ha,you think Minato hokage will make difference?No way.I'm at 2 years old server and meet guys from 1500 servers in sage.It's no matter if they have Minato,they will face bigger power anyway.Same in matsuri,grounds and bonds.
So,no problem if he is for free,it will make life on new servers a bit easier,but nothing groundbreaking.
