Well congrats on the voucher but to be fair you should have calc'd how many frags you could get with the coupons you had before you spent. On the plus side, it's easy to get the last 2 frags for free from events whenever that optional pack with him and Edo Deidara shows up.

When u get him to 4 star first go for double attack bt skill, cuz i spent over 600 prot vials just for that skill and still didnt get it.
