Tried recharging for the slot machine but can't recharge i do it with my credit card bank transfer (bancontact mister cash) im from uk server seems to all load allot longer then usual then in the end i don't get the ingots and the money didn't go from my bank acc

Hello, if you were not charged for the payment, then your credit company did not allow the transaction to process. I would suggest calling them, or recharging through *ternate method, such as linking the card to a PayPal account and recharging that way.
