[ Bugs ] I'm having serious issues trying to get my ingot i paid for

Dear Customer Service,

I has been nearly a week trying to solve this payment made and no ingot was send to my account. I contacted Customer Support directly and it seem we are going in circles....

You ask me to contact PayPal and PayPal ask me to contact you guys...

You said PayPal didn't clear payment but PayPal said payment is made and it is visible on my PayPal account as screen shot i have semd...

If i dispute on my PayPal i get banned...

So basically there is no way i'm getting my ingot i paid for right? As you can check my account i have purchased not only once but multiple times...

Seriously i need an answer how we can solve this like matured adults... You can choose to refund all i have spend on your game for over 1000USD or just give my 1000 Ingot i have purchased a week ago... Seriously you rather ban me for a mere 20USD purchased and force me to reverse all i have spend on the game?

So please i need an answer how can solve this in a proper manner.

Yes Payment was deducted from PayPal and have screen shot..
Transaction ID : 141273118_narutoen
Puchased : 1000 Ingot Only...

I have previously purchased numerous times... Only this one time using Mini Client purchased and crashed and the next thing i know i get this Flash update issue... and screen go white then black... I could login on my facebook link... but couldn't load up on the Mini Client... I been trying to solve this with Customer Support and didn't got a reply for two days... So i tried file a complain in the new PayPal dispute message.. Also no reply until last 2 days got a reply but i think the Customer Support kinda don't understand what i'm explaining even with all the screen shot sent... I was banned and unbanned for a day.. then i keep asking should i close to the dispute so my payment is clear to Naruto Online and he deposit the ingot... the next thing Customer Support you can login to your game now... but still no ingot... So i don't dare to open dispute again cause i'm going to get banned for opening it...

I just want what i paid for peacefully continue my game...
