Dear Customer Service,
I has been nearly a week trying to solve this payment made and no ingot was send to my account. I contacted Customer Support directly and it seem we are going in circles....
You ask me to contact PayPal and PayPal ask me to contact you guys...
You said PayPal didn't clear payment but PayPal said payment is made and it is visible on my PayPal account as screen shot i have semd...
If i dispute on my PayPal i get banned...
So basically there is no way i'm getting my ingot i paid for right? As you can check my account i have purchased not only once but multiple times...
Seriously i need an answer how we can solve this like matured adults... You can choose to refund all i have spend on your game for over 1000USD or just give my 1000 Ingot i have purchased a week ago... Seriously you rather ban me for a mere 20USD purchased and force me to reverse all i have spend on the game?
So please i need an answer how can solve this in a proper manner.
