Here I have trouble not getting tools. Whenever I go for moon scrolls, I always seem to get the tools.

sed on chances now. Unlike before. It is the sad truth about it. Thank you.
They should increase the probability .. I have seen people with + 4% res in ninja tools. It seems that they removed it .. now you only get 2% .. if you have to, I just completed 5 more team instances and I did not get anything. 0

Hello!
I know about that 4% Elemental Resistance from Ninja Tools and that was the former %Elemental Resistance that you can get during the first year of the game. The possibility of dropping Ninja Tools is currently very low from my observation and I do agree that it should be increased so I understand where you getting that feeling. We can only hope that it will get changed soon and be patient with our Team Instances runs for now. Thank you.
