welp i pulled 60 to get a rare from gnw treasure, im 720 scrolls(not sure how many free draws but im guess af least 100 mabye) in but i got a kcm naruto frag instead of a rare, does anyone know whats up with that?, and i know im way too early for a super rare but im a noob in a half new server so i just want someone to carify :3

60 is the average, you can get a rare at 70, you c*so get a rare at 50.
