Tailed Beast Attack event missing

Serious question, where has this event gone? It hasn't been in the weekly cycle for months now, and yet something like Goldfish is there what feels like almost constantly.

Like even from a raw business / cash standpoint, wouldn't it make more sense to put Tailed Beast Attack in, instead of Goldfish? Fishing has such an atrocious requirement for even a single item or ninja frag, that you would have to * dozens of stamina potions and-or hundreds of seal scrolls, in hopes of MAYBE getting 1 single frag / item.

Whereas TBA would have actual reasonable point requirements, thus potentially maybe even incentivise a player to recharge to be able to make use of it. Its almost like a Fukurokumaru spending rebate, except you'd have a little more freedom to pick what you get.
