What happened with the merge?

So apparently they told us that our servers from UK 1456-1460-1464-1472 and 1476 are gonna merge on august 18th, and that the maintenance would be from 06:00 AM to 10:00 AM. So today is already 19th of august. What could be the case of our servers not merging yet?
