I'd put your main first.. All Except Water. Unless you have another ninja starting the chain :)

Is putting your main first even if it's squishy good?

Highest initive.. and lightning w/ 4 team paralyze is hella nice.

If you said water main it depends on your skills. I believe a full support Water Main (Heal and debuffs and all that) should go last(?) so that you can debuff and heal damage (more reactionary) if she was first (as the aforementioned support) then she wouldn't really debuff anything.

Though it all depends on what you want your water main to do. Full heal can be annoying (sometimes) but you lose out on attacking with one full character (Though she can still chase). I haven't really seen too many high level full assault Azures, so I can't really give any info on that (Most I've seen are full support or half and half)
