Does anyone else have this issue where your opponent's position 1 and position 2 goes first before your position 1 goes first?... please fix this

Hello, this can be caused due to the other player having more chakra than yourself. Once you have more than a certain amount of initiative more than your opponent, your other positions can go before theirs. So if his position 2 has more than 10k initiative more than your position 1, his position 2 will go before your position 1.
