Hello, please make sure your bank or credit company is not blocking the transaction, and check to ensure you were not charged for the ingots. If you were charged, please create a CS ticket and provide them with a screenshot of the charge, along with the transaction ID. If the issue with recharging does not reside with your bank, please contact CS and they can provide you with further assistance.
