[ Help ] How many pulls does it take to get edo roshi to 4 stars?

I got edo roshi today once i reached 400 points (idk where i got the 14 frags needed, maybe from survival?) And i'll have about 16 frags of him once i reach 500 points,, so how many pulls of him does it take to get him to 4*? Or is there another way?

5 times.Every time you pull him,it give 20 frags.If don't have normal Roshi yet,maybe you can get frags from visiting ninjas system in home,not sure tho.Other method is to get his frags from events,either free or coupons spend.

It would be better if you have not recruited as then if you get him in the treasure draw you get 80x frags of him which makes It much easier to 4 stars him.
