1＃ Go ToHey Shika~ as promised, I present my ranked team.
Strategy: Outlast, interrupt, heal. Double leech from Gai/Lee. Magic from Kabuto, heal from Sakura, Ino. Clones from Zabuza (sturdy), Naruto/Kabuto (spam), myself (stall), GNW Kiba (AOE/stall). Hinata the tank of the gods. Zabuza the "please take him out he's sabotaging my Lee" tank.
Debuffs: Zabuza's blind, my repulse, Ino and my sleep/chaos, Lee's ignite, Ino's defense down for however long, I forget.. Plus the Genjitsu Mirror from me to reflect 1st debuff per round.
Buffs: Haku's evasion, Gai's Youth.
Other: Sakura's debuff clear.
I move the up/middle/down teams to match up with the enemy team.
Tai team: gives it out, can take it well - usually the first to go, usually because of debuffs.

Lee x Hinata
Gai Neji x
The chaos/outlast team. Usually at/near 100% at the end of endurance battles. Ino's the first to go on this team, which is fine since she *s around long enough for chaos to be useful. Not many combos, but the chaos one is crucial so I * against lightning teams. I used to have Hinata in front of Akamaru so I kept the AOE for longer, but meh.

Kabuto main clone
The stall team. Against the opponent's least threatening team. Combos well, plus Haku has no initiative so usually my barrier goes up after the opponent's, saving an interrupt. Zabuza's there to stand around and water dragon people. Honestly I'd like him better if he had no mystery instead of that * mist.

Actually it has a ton of issues.
1. Zabuza sabotages my team by blinding Lee every other time he uses his tai.
2. In general my Team Gai + Hinata team is weak; it dies way too fast. I want to keep the leech around though.
3. Sakura uses her healing jutsu either a) when everyone's 100% or b) when everyone's on fire.
4. I lose Akamaru way too early. I used to put him behind Hinata but I figured she's help Team Gai more.
5. I have few debuffs and almost no buffs.
6. Whether Haku goes first or second seems to be random; I just have to try different teams.
7. Neji and my 1st round interrupts are always to the same ninja; it's really annoying.
I'm asking Shika for help; hopefully he'll make it better... -

Wish there was more pictures but Ill make do.
You may wish to switch the position of haku and zabuza. This way haku will cause the combo and zabuza will chase and finish them off. If the mist is an issue use the 7 swordsman variation as his skill will trigger ino's chase. Not to mention he can double attack and finish off low health members. Keep in mind his resistance and health is a lot lower then his regular version. He has much higher taijutsu and defense to compensate.
If you want akamaru to last longer, use kiba with hinata since her skill takes the taijutsu standard for the turn. The reason team gai dies so fast is there is no dedicated healer/debuffer. Personally I would not rely on the leech since ignite stops it and Lee has low resistance and health so it doesn't take much to kill him with a full combo, same with gai.
Ino, Great war kiba, fire main, hinata.
Hinata will allow akamaru to survive longer and she can acupuncture whoever kiba repulses with his summon. Your fire main and Ino can sleep/chaos the enemy.
Regular neji is pretty terrible for ranked battle. His skill lasts only 1 round making him have only 20% dodge as his back up defense. Most fights last 5 or longer. Instead try kidomaru, sakura, gai, zabuza. Depending on which version of zabuzu you use you have 2 interrupts possibly.
Finally Anko, Karin, Kabuto and Great war neji. This team will poison and hopefully two healers will keep neji alive. Anko is there for the barrier to disrupt enemy gaara/sasuke ninjutsu.
Before you heavily invest in these ninjas, keep in mind you get tsunade at 69, Jiriyia/orchimaru sannin version and Yamato at 70 elite. -
