I have about 6 rikudo naruto fragments, and 70 8 tails B frags (yes, i know i mention it on every thread i make) which one should i choose to buy with the free orbs, and if i had 1 or 2 bee frags left, should i spend coupons to get em?

For fireworks festival, since its edo roshi, should i spend coupons if i had like 400 points out of 500 on the last day?
