You're missing a reliable 3rd ninja. Naruto [S3xy Jutsu], Karin [Christmas], and pain gaikido are ok ninjas to try. For now, try this if you have pain gaikido's first passive skill broken to Y and the skill breaks you have on nagato:

Edo roshi doesn't add much to your selection. Just focus on saving your coupons to get event ninjas.
