You're missing a reliable 3rd ninja. Naruto [S3xy Jutsu], Karin [Christmas], and pain gaikido are ok ninjas to try. For now, try this if you have pain gaikido's first passive skill broken to Y and the skill breaks you have on nagato:

sword main, needle kush, edo jinpachi, edo mangetsu

needle kush is your main DD, make him P1

jinpachi clears and gives an extra standard, make him P3 or P4

chases should sync (knockdown <-> repulse), sword buff, root warrior, interrupt mystery

immune ninjas, which are abundant, will shake off your sweet control

compensate with better initiative and high attack power on kush (P1 stack...extra hard)
