did you only look at the stats on the jounin blade? you c*so refine the other equips. battle armor also plays a small part too

did you only look at the stats on the jounin blade? you c*so refine the other equips. battle armor also plays a small part too

ah I didnt think armor would increase initiative. I thought would give more about hp or resistance. didnt even look. my fault then :( thanks for help. I hope your answer will help all, if there's someone didnt notice this :)

No, they only increase stats such as crit, dmg reduc, combo, and etc., but never initiative.
