For me, a man being handsome has always been more about how he acts than what he looks like. So for Naruto, in the first series, I’d say, absolutely not—for more reasons than one. But in Shippuden, he really has his moments.
In Shippuden, Naruto gains discipline. He gains maturity and a wider range of integrity. But he’s also gained a much more solid knowledge of ninjutsu as a whole, and has started to master his craft.
I think maybe, as a viewer of a fictional character, we can only appreciate him so much too, because we just can’t quite see what Hinata sees when she looks at him. But he grows up a lot, so yes. I think he could be handsome.
I think the most handsome guy is Sasuke Uchiwa ^^ he's too stylish this guy he has everything the other characters don't have, even if it's the inaccessible dark brown stereotype. Afterwards, at the character level, I understand that it may seem unbearable for some.
