I wanted to apply for GL and they asked for my QQ account.

Unfortunately, QQ app has been banned in my country.

So, is there any other way for me to apply from HK region.

You should try speaking to the GL manager in question that is your point of contact regarding this issue.

Edit: I spoke to the HK GL manager, and he said that QQ is no longer a hard requirement, so you are free to complete the application without it.
You could also use QQ with a VPN.
