anyone know if guy is a good choice. in his passive he gives an attack standart says he eliminates a bad condition .. in each round he also includes itachi's izanami dream etc?

if you have above 30 chakra, so yes dream can be cleared,

if not, or there's another debuff with the same priority applied to that unit after dream is applied (check out Debuffs cleared by priority ), dream wont be cleared
