Goldfish Fishing...

Was just wondering, what is the point in the Goldfish fishing event? The items in the exchange shop are always so expensive, its literally one of the worst events available. Why not just erase it all together? Or lower the exchange shop prices.

Also wondering why its so hard to get these items? for normal ninjas Skillbreaks? We get Advanced items all over the place, they are always everywhere. Doesnt make sense to me.
