[ Help ] Can't play flash on any browser

I keep getting this error as of a few days ago. can't get it to play on any browser. Chrome, Edge, Mozilla. has anyone found a way to fix this? Oasis's "solution" for Chrome does not work. which is this below:

1. Using the Chrome browser, open the following page chrome://flags/#enable-ephemeral-flash-permission

2. Change the "Enable Ephemeral Flash Permissions" setting to "Disabled"

3. Press the "RELAUNCH NOW" *on at the *on right, relaunching the Chrome browser.


This does not work as Chrome has taken out ephemeral flash permissions.
