I can pass this suggestion along, but are you sure this is a ninja you'd like to see in Fireworks Festival? Many players seem to detest this ninja, and his inclusion in events often gets a considerable amount of negative feedback.

yes i am 100% SURE that i wanna see this ninja in fireworks festival as it might push some player to break the meta a bit off minato spam
1 - because hes not too op to be put there so people wont be upset about oasis giving free op ninjas so evrey one will love to have it for free to add to their collection ,
2 - it will push some people to spend to 4 star him to prepare for hes future break throughs and evrey one will be a winner f2p will have it and p2w will spend to 4 star him and oasis wins too

Well,I like to see that Shisui in event in general,not only in shady RNG wheels.I might be wrong,but I think Shisui come before Kimimaro halloween,but now Kimi is in events for collecting frags,and Shisui is keep behind "luck" wall.

Oh,sorry. But kimono Shisui got BT in China,there is no way they give him for free,when they can milk some $ extra.

OP - people would still complain about getting shisui kimono whether you want to get non-meta ninjas. Your best bet is asking him shisui to show in events more rather than giving for free as majority of players want meta ninjas to help them. People complained about madara GNW was the reward in fuku deals so asking for non-meta ninjas won't be good for Oasis. The company will most likely focus on serving the majority.

thats why i focused on firework festival where shisui regular before was given there and madara five kage summit so a weaker 3 star ninja like shisui kimono shouldnt be a probleme

I too want him for his BTs but I would be fine if they gave 45 frags like killer bee last week. However, people also want the full 80 frags - remember the number of complaints Oasis got? I doubt they would allow that as he is still part of the current event ninja list.

i dont find any probleme of him dropping in fireworks since better ninjas got there also even with hes bt he isnt meta in china its just depends on players pref like me who refuse to be meta slave and get minato like others etc ... its also a suggestion at the end of the day and m in the right section so i dont see why not trying , tho i got ur point dw but still id hope and suggest for 80 frags any way

They should just give optional packs on fireworks including 3 non-meta ninjas. I think that would satisfy the majority of players. Regarding shisui i doubt they will put him in fireworks cause his BT's are pretty strong so as Bogotor said Oasis will milk it for sure.
