For this Summer Season, my server's points and rankings have not reset for the people that have not logged in. Their points are from last year's Summer Season. It's very obvious because it is impossible to have this many points at this stage, even if you have completed every single mission. Not only that, it has been known that these players have been inactive and have not logged into the game for months. If these people have not logged in, their season points have not reset and their ranking remains above everyone else. Eventually, when the season ends, wouldn't this mean they would push others down the ranking? I already reported this bug to customer service a while ago but they only gave me the usual generated response and then closed the report, but this bug still remains.
