But why don't they show everyone? Is it secret information or something? Maybe me cheating, how should I know? I'm not see all 10 ranking.

That's how the event is designed. You need a minimum of 250 pts to be considered to be on rankings to gain rewards. The event could care less if you have less than 250 if you don't meet the benchmark as you won't gain any rewards.
