Hello, This is definitely not supposed to happen. You will need to create a Customer Support Ticket to have this resolved. They will also be able to refund your missing training potions. Here is the link: https://support-center.oasgames.com/

Bugs are reported yes, but we do not give out compensation. I can report the bug for you to the development team, but for an issue like this if you want compensation you will also need to create a customer support ticket.
