If there's anything he can do to fix this bug or problem, please reply. Here's a screenshot for some proof. It's impossible to sell the equipment so is there a reason for it disappearing? Reply

Yeh actually, when test ninjas first came out, people lost equipment when those timed out. Some on our server lost too but they all got them back somehow, So if he used them, maybe can try hire them again and his items might come back.

Just like what Dym said above, please try to get a Test Ninja again and see if your equipment will come back. If it doesn't then please contact our Customer Support by filing a ticket or visit our Bugs and Support Section and report your issue. Thank you.
