hi guys, I am having problem with the game. I can only see black screen. it is not even loading. Do you know what to do to get rid of this black screen? Please help guys.

Before someone offering Flash update and some other cheesy things for the fix, note that this is a general problem with many players having right now. It's been almost 3 years since last client version released and it's not living up to expectations. Hope it will be fixed soon.
