is there a developer here ... I have a big problem .. two weeks ago I got my rune from quick / initiative the trade for 80k points in 8 gates ... I went to the other tab I locked my two injury runes and quick then merge the other runes .. my quick rune was merged, still having the bolt .. seconds later I continued to claim the support I told him of the problem two weeks later they clarify the rune merged and therefore they could not return it to me .. it is not fair but due to problems if the account comes to block you ... but for problems that the game produces they do not solve .. I am very angry with this type of treatment .. justify sending my problems seconds after acquiring it and having lost the rune,
