Sidenote: do you have any tips on getting 3 extra wind nature ninja? And how will i unlock the water, fire, and earth training after this?

The Element Essences are the points that you get from finishing a breakthrough skill and each skill gives a certain amount of points. That means you have to finish the skills that are open for a breakthrough before you can do the others. Please check the images below for reference.
And for the 3 extra Wind Nature Ninjas, I'm not sure what are you talking about but If my guess is right then you just have to recruit ninjas with Wind Element. And about unlocking the 3 other Elements, that is not available as of this moment.
