I have reached level 94 and received a main plot quest that said to go at the Kage Summit to see what happened, after heading to that place the quest was completed with the meeting of akatsuki Sasuke and the other shinobi at the summit, following this there was not any other main plot quest that appeared on the journal anymore.

No. The english server gets the game data from China (the original server) and to my knowledge, they haven't updated the story yet.
