Kakuzu - 83 cps each with 50% voucher
Kushina - 100-120 cps each depend on event
Minato - 200+ cps each
Naruto - don't bother he is crap compared to other 3

Out of those Kushina and Kakuzu are the stronger 2 for move 1, Kushina is stronger but slower and Kakuzu is faster for things like sage/tower and better in arena. Minato is not bad either, but he is more support and nice in GNW, as move 1 ninja he will loose to Kushina/Kakuzu same power.

There are things that money cannot buy everything. for the rest there is a master card

the main .. movement for all ninja is immunity to interumption .. since if the enemy has more initiative .. it will cancel your ability all the time ... sasuke can stop standard attacks .. immune and non immune. minato edo (his passive is * because it takes 1 round the tag to the enemy but in reality it is 2 what happens with that .. here sasuke also says a round the enemy attacks receives at the same time that it causes minato edo and only lasts one round. his passive is hypocritical

so what should i get sasuke rinne or Kushina 1st??

I have kushinas support ninjas more than Sasuke rinne.......... i have asuma windblade, iruka 2 star and mifune

if u want to keep on a budget the best woud be kushina, but if u got coupons to spend go for kakazu he scales faster than kushina

kushina atk/nin is actually not that great, only her def/res is a 10 rounder op. the bad side is extremely slow game.

however since edo minato is the most popular ninja now, people are using kushina def/nin to counter edo minato even when they lose at init.

imo kakuzu/ rinne sasuke are equally seconded at footing, kakuzu is a great all rounder as well as Akatsuki support

but countered by rinne sasuke. rinne sasuke is good vs ronin naruto too, but hard to match with supports imo

imo also bad vs immunity with dodge/healing ninjas like the popular edo minato and kushina def/nin

so you can see each has their counters, for far reachers and hard-core gamers edo minato is the path to go, he is expensive,

but he can be match with many other op bt supports for variety n fun! his dodge and mass interrupt = favorite among power/init competition.

he is good for 3x edo minato 3v3 battles like gnw. however if ur low/f2p tier player, you might want to forget about power/init competition.

your only fighting others on your level so just pick your favorite core ninja playstyle, then collect other frags slowly..

just hope u don't meet counters and don't complain when you lose 50% of the time to power/init op players.

stack stack stack coupons and invest in power items n fuku whenever possible and simply have fun using your few core ninjas regardless.

ps: yes chasing the power/init ladder is nver ending, but if your gonna play, u still got to chase it in order to have a semblance of winning.

It seems Kushina and Sasuke rinne is best but sasuke has one problem its Itachi edo skills which Defeats him so best option remained Kushina she is immune and immune remover and also good i guess whereas minato edo at 4 star also good in intruption but for him i would need other 3 edo tensies :(( for barrier whihc is nice but As my power poor i should get kushina i guess cuz i have jinchuriki and winds support more than others

I would say Kushina or Kakuzu are your best 2 choices, you have good support ninjas for those 2 as well and now that they lower Kakuzu price so much, he is not that bad to go for, his frags are free every other week in events too. Rinne Sasuke is prety good and fun to use, but he costs as much as edo Minato and if you are spending that much better just get Minato or get Kushina/Kak + 1 other ninja like Sumer Kurenai/Halloween Kimi/Ibiki/Edo Itachi/etc.

Another budged/fun option is halloween Kimi, he has no breaks so a lot cheaper and he can beat Kushina/Kakuzu if he is higher power but will loose same power. Also he just looks cool and he is really fast in events and strong in arena/bonds.

Honestly, six paths *s now. He made me quit last year when I had low power. I came back, got kakuzu, then got him 4*, then got him full BT. I'm also f2p, and got kushina 3\5 max BT. So it just takes time, ive been playing for almost two years but the compromise is low power. I only have like 130k. extremetly low, but it is what it is

thats what he says :D anyways it seems Kushina is best option as she survives 10 rounds+ if used with watermain's healing 40% skill or other mains anyways I am not really never bought ninjas with coupons ever so this is 1st time i am doin it cuz i realized its important so for me i think Kushina is better than kakuzu i will get kakuzu after getting kushina 4 star :D
