Hello everyone,

there is a question on my mind regarding Tsunade's mystery cooldown. It says the cooldown is set to zero at start of the battle. Now what happens if you target her with Kimimaro Halloween's barrier mystery?

Nothing - the effect which should increase the selected target's cooldown never seems to affect Tsunade in round 1.

I mean Tsunade is already enough cancer for one ninja, so my question is: Is this working as intended? If yes, to what extent is Tsunade immune to cooldown increasing effects?
