1＃ Go ToHey everyone! This is Mei from s93. An f2p water main, rank 1 in power for F2Ps and rank 7 in power over-all.
First off. From the beginning we, f2ps, are wondering what is the right thing to do with our coupons? We are cautious because we lack the resources unlike people who tops-up. Below i will show some steps on how to power-up and catch up with p2w players.
P.S. i beat ppl with 17k power while i'm in 14k power.
Tip #1: In the beginning, if you're in a new server, you should save all coupons till later. Do ninja exams first for rewards to see what magatamas do you lack? Of course! Magatamas are the #1 priority in the beginning. Stack magatamas until you fill all level 2 on your teams. I repeat, level 2s! If you force to go for level 3 magatamas, you will have an insufficient resource for later levels so i don't recommend it.
Tip #2: After filling all level 2 magatamas, you definitely should save it for refines. You will have some time to save coupons because refines will be unlocked at level 40. Stack up for like 600 coupons at least and spend it on refines.
Tip #3: Who to refine? Refine you initiators. Refine who starts the combo or who starts the CC. I don't know if i have a bad luck but i spent 600 coupons straight to refine my two ninjas who initiates everything to level 3. Level 3 refines are not bad. Most people will try to balance their refines to get power but no. That power isn't worth it. Deplete your coupons just to reach level 3 refines on 2 ninjas.
Tip #4: When to add more refines? Wait for refine events and spend like tons of refine there.
Tip #5: Moods, don't refresh moods for coupons. Never. Wait for an event that gives you free meat*. It is very expensive to gamble with moods and totally not worth the gamble. Spend coupons on strengthening moods instead. That 25% will go a long way.
Tip #6: I don't really recommend spending coupons on battle armor. It's very expensive too. I'd say no spending for battle armor but instead, save it for events. The events are getting better and better every maintenance.
Tip #7: Never use coupons at 9 tails. It's so not worth it. I'm pretty sure that every server has at least lots of people with jonin medal so there's a slight chance of you doing more damage in that event.

I'm sorry if you feel that way. Refine is a feature that is unlocked at level 40. Refine increases 5 stats such as:
1. Initiative = determines who goes first when 2 ninjas are in the same move number. (Move 1 with higher initiative goes first than the opponent who has lesser initiative but is also at move 1)
2. Combo = increases the chance of combo in your standard attacks and reduces probability to receive combos in standard attacks (Increases the chance the you will inflict a status on opponent. If you hover on a standard attack, you will see "and has a chance of Triple combo")
3. Crit. Attack = self-explanatory, increases probability of critical attack & reduces chance of receiving crits.
4. Injury = increases crit damage, reduces crit damage received
5. Control = Increases the probability of controlling opponents and reduces being controlled.
About the rank, i mentioned my rank in the server because people will find it hard to believe if a newbie lectures something. That's reality.

I havent jounin medal insted of that I use coupons on 9 tails and can get 5-6 place in ranking wich give me about 400k exp every time it let me to become in level ranking from 25 to 10-11 there is a lots of people with jounin medal who have less then I maybe its not right but it gives more power any way and it let me to get much good rewards in other event like Saga battel. Its a real problem only one thing to do that nasty refin I used to sepnd a lot but same all the time only at the last once will do that I have to use 110 medium refin runs fro upgreat in 3 eq from 4 to 5 its really very hard only that other things are esey when you know what to do......................
