New year Sai has his limited range of uses, and no one would use him outside of arena but still, he could have had a chase, a support passive, or literally ANYTHING else and he would have been so much better. I don't know which company's in charge of creating units and giving passives, but whichever one it is, get your act together. It would have even been better if they just gave him another passive or upgrade at 3 or 4 stars but nOooO… let's give him this redundant passive that does nothing. Using wind main with year of the rat sai you can Proc mysteries every single round with no issues

Well he was never meant to be a serious ninja, just fun free new year one. He isn't the only ''useles'' ninja there is Konohamaru Corps, Enma, Cats, etc.

I didn't mean Sai was useless, I was talking specifically about the increase your luck passive. Whenever he came out I watched senboni's video which showed me his uses. He just had potential to be so much better and they wasted it on a skill that does nothing
