Why? Who's idea was it to create something so weird and meaningless. New year Sai has his limited range of uses, and no one would use him outside of arena but still, he could have had a chase, a support passive, or literally ANYTHING else and he would have been so much better. I don't know which company's in charge of creating units and giving passives, but whichever one it is, get your act together. It would have even been better if they just gave him another passive or upgrade at 3 or 4 stars but nOooO… let's give him this redundant passive that does nothing.
