  • So if i remember correct ...Fixed chance was calculated at 30 percent chance of happening in a battle But need a confirm if this is viable info or not

If its "Fixed" chance then it should be 100% and about the High chance etc.. i dont think anyone have exact info about that, unless someone tested each thing 100x on kakashi puppets and made some stats from it.
