It's a pretty disappointing resolution to adjust the breakthrough back to 4 stars. Now there are people in my cross server with 3 star Killer Bee [Eight Tails Jinchu] with full breakthroughs and those that missed that small window have to now get the extra 100 fragments. That's completely unfair to those who already had the 4 star Killer Bee [Eight Tails Jinchu] Breakthrough and to those who have to again get the Killer Bee [Eight Tails Jinchu] to 4 star before they can access skill trial.

It's BS!
