It's a pretty disappointing resolution to adjust the breakthrough back to 4 stars. Now there are people in my cross server with 3 star Killer Bee [Eight Tails Jinchu] with full breakthroughs and those that missed that small window have to now get the extra 100 fragments. That's completely unfair to those who already had the 4 star Killer Bee [Eight Tails Jinchu] Breakthrough and to those who have to again get the Killer Bee [Eight Tails Jinchu] to 4 star before they can access skill trial.

It's BS!

That's just how Oasis is, when something is bugged, abuse the crap out of it. They won't undo the damage the bugs will cause.
