You know I have Sasuke Rinne when I go into training vs Kakashi more than 60% of the time when using skill it does not provoke criticism .. even when I do the chase that gives me 100% more criticism .. it does not always provoke criticism, I am supposed to be dubbing 19k ahun the critic is lost

It also happens even if you perform skill, you get 45% critical rate. Then standart attack also loses critical 40/50% of the time

I prefer that sasuke change 45% critical% 2 ini .. for ignoring def and res 5% or causing paralysis .. or weakness
