[ Bugs ] When will you give Spring season rewards?

Anyone remembers this issue? Many people didnt receive rewards for spring season when their servers merged on June 1st.

Mods said to write to customer support but it didnt help me nor anyone who I talked to that had the same problem.

Did anyone actually get their rewards after contacting customer support?

Lets make them remember about our missing coupons, ninja frags and titles!

Im from server 1380

Totally agree with Akaryusa, customer support, doesn't help on this case... Guess, when topics doesn't include money milking things they just don't care... :)

Its almost been a month but the last thing I heard from them is that they are working (2-3 weeks ago) even though it feels like they just say that because they want to buy time so that everyone will forget. Hope not and they will at least send compensation in the same amount if they cannot fix it.

Hello,
I have been told that compensation will be issued for this, but I have not been given a specific timeline. I have asked again for an update, and will inform you when I hear back. Thanks again for your patience!

Well, didn't recieve anything on 1364 and nobody on the server said they did. I guess same with most other servers that had the issue with Spring Season.
Even opened my ticket and found this: "After investigation, we have delivered any missing rewards to your account through in-game mail.

We thank you once again for your patience and understanding".
Well, I didn't get anything still. Checked my in-game mail 3 times and nothing there.

Yep, Sadly that's exactly what I'm saying. Nobody on my server (s1380) receive any compensation.

Edit: I made 2 customer support tickets back then. I was told to wait for their response as they would 'get back to me as soon as they had a solution'. That didn't happen. They never got back to me. I guess their solution was to wait so I can forget that thing ever happened *shrug*

I have same problem like Akaryusa and Demalishor. No rewards, but I received from support claim that rewards were sent. But obviously they weren't... I came up with another claim for customer support, but this case needs more attention. From server 1380 I think none got rewards from spring season...

I haven't received anything as well, in-game name is Pero, server 1388 ( Soul Devour ) UK.
Also other people from the same server still haven't received any rewards and the ones that we merged with too.

Hello io have same problem still no rewards after 1 month...

I writed ticket on support about that and got answer "wait till we solve this problem and contact you"... i didnt get nothing till now...

S1388( Soul Devour ) UKLangi (1st place) still waiting +1000 coupons + 150 Karui fragments (mysterious ninja fragments) +50 season tickets

S1388( Soul Devour ) UK Dianes (3rd place) +800 coupons + 120 Karui fragments (mysterious ninja fragments) +40 season tickets

S1388( Soul Devour ) UK Yunas (8place) +500 coupons + 100 Karui fragments (mysterious ninja fragments) +30 season tickets

Nope, did not get anything today also. I didn't even knew there was such a message since the system automatically put resolved and closed the topic. Asked tech-support and they said its okay since the system does that on auto and it does not mean that they were not working on it. I said ok and was waiting, then I saw this topic here and added also. Just had no notification that smth changed in that ticket, found out only today that they said that, but nothing was done yet still. Since nobody got anything and they lied. Or smth didn't work and they sent somebody else our compensation by mistake which would be funny as hell. Was just calmly waiting for something to happen during the entire month or appear in mail but no. I sent them another ticket regarding this statement being not true. Will wait.

I had the same issue on S1342 for the spring event, after filling out a report I did receive my rewards though. I am not sure on the date since I have cleared out old messages, but if I remember correctly it was around 2 weeks ago.

Thank you guys for being persistent in regards to this bug. We are continuing to do as much as we can in order to ensure you receive compensation for this. Hopefully it comes soon!
