Its almost been a month but the last thing I heard from them is that they are working (2-3 weeks ago) even though it feels like they just say that because they want to buy time so that everyone will forget. Hope not and they will at least send compensation in the same amount if they cannot fix it.

Well, didn't recieve anything on 1364 and nobody on the server said they did. I guess same with most other servers that had the issue with Spring Season.
Even opened my ticket and found this: "After investigation, we have delivered any missing rewards to your account through in-game mail.
We thank you once again for your patience and understanding".
Well, I didn't get anything still. Checked my in-game mail 3 times and nothing there.

Nope, did not get anything today also. I didn't even knew there was such a message since the system automatically put resolved and closed the topic. Asked tech-support and they said its okay since the system does that on auto and it does not mean that they were not working on it. I said ok and was waiting, then I saw this topic here and added also. Just had no notification that smth changed in that ticket, found out only today that they said that, but nothing was done yet still. Since nobody got anything and they lied. Or smth didn't work and they sent somebody else our compensation by mistake which would be funny as hell. Was just calmly waiting for something to happen during the entire month or appear in mail but no. I sent them another ticket regarding this statement being not true. Will wait.
I had the same issue on S1342 for the spring event, after filling out a report I did receive my rewards though. I am not sure on the date since I have cleared out old messages, but if I remember correctly it was around 2 weeks ago.

Can't see those email because 15 days have passed but I can still say that I did not recieve the rewards. I am an active player and I spend a lot of time in Naruto Online and I check my mail each day. There was no such mail there. However, I've already sent a ticket about this and they said they are working on it and investigating. I am not a blind person to just not see a mail with 500 coupons. Because this logic of "not seeing" the mail is considering that all players on my server are blind. Nobody from 1364 recieved anything at all. I doubt every single person could have forgotten about the mail and not see it on our server and some others.
A very strange screenshot because the game says they store mail for 15 days and yet on screen you have very old mails about Christmas and etc. Not like we want to lie about not getting anything and abuse smth, no. We just didn't get anything. I've asked multiple people on my server and nobody said they got anything. Its hard for every single player on a server to miss a message saying "Compensation!" and having 500 coupons.
