Shisui was free in fireworks event.Doubt they give him again for free.And he's gone from events,like so many older ninjas.

Well,when Shin BT is out,I'm sure he will be in some events.I'm actually 1 frag away to 4 star him,and I get all his frags for free,so he is already been for free claim.Maybe he will be sigh in ninja at some point,like they did with Chojiro.
