Like the person said above, Shisui [Kotoamatsukami] was placed on Fireworks Event before and most likely will not be around for free for the meantime but it is not necessarily mean that he will not come back again as free or in events. He's not not asking for Koto Shisui, he's actually asking for Shin, because Shin is a good support for Shisui (all forms, so Koto, Kimono, and Susano'o) since Shisui is an ANBU ninja. Shin has BT in China which means he will eventually get those BT here too. I'd be nice if we could get his frags in events like we have been with Izuna, who also is a similar kind of support unit and just got BT.

Well,when Shin BT is out,I'm sure he will be in some events.I'm actually 1 frag away to 4 star him,and I get all his frags for free,so he is already been for free claim.Maybe he will be sigh in ninja at some point,like they did with Chojiro.
